Proverbs in 31 days

Cross Point Church in Nashville is doing a 31 day challenge of reading the book of Proverbs in January.

January has 31 days.
Proverbs has 31 chapters.
Coincidence?

Obviously.

But hey, it works out! So Pete Wilson (both the pastor of Cross Point Church and the 'evangelical cool kids' answer to Rick Warren) is hosting a blog for the 'challenge.' It's a site where he and other Cross Point pastors will be posting their thoughts on each day's reading, engaging in conversation about it, answering questions and mostly trying to pull info from people's brain holes about what they're getting from the text.

It's like a mini Bible study that takes a good 4 minutes of reading and a few minutes of writing a response...if you want to. You can certainly just read the chapter and what they write without adding in...but what fun is that?

Here's a link to the 31 day challenge blog.

It started today, and is already in full swing.

You should think about checking this out, it will be a cool resource and you'll get lots of perspectives on very specific texts.

Enjoy!
